How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
We use Australia Post to deliver all online orders. Once your parcel has been collected and scanned by Australia Post you will receive an email notification. Regular delivery updates will follow after that.
Can I exchange or return items?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, if we have the stock you can exchange or make a separate purchase for the new item.
Alternatively, Items purchased online can be refunded through our online process if no exchange. Please email us at info@monaljewellery.com.au and will provide you our delivery address.

How can I cancel or change my order?
we can only make cancellation to your order if it hasn't reached the packing stage. Please email us as soon as possible to see if we can get this done for you.
* Please Remind, after we dispatched your order, we are not liable to replace or refund this order. If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing.
Can I use afterpay?
Yes! We are now available in Afterpay! Or at the moment afterpay is not available.
Do you have physical location?
At the moment we only operate our business through our online website and dispatch all orders from Perth, WA
What happens if I got My wrong items?
Monal Jewellery will pay for the return shipping, only in the event that we have made an error by send you incorrect items and ensure to show proof of shipping cost paid by you.
Can sale items be refundable?
Unfortunately, all sale items are not refunded, exchange or return
What are the size of the Ring?
You can use a ruler to measure diameter (directly across the inside) of any existing ring you own that fits comfortably, and find your size in millimeter.

Can i return earrings?
Due to health and safety regulations, Earrings will not be accepted return or refund.

Have long it takes to process my return?
All entire returns can take up to 2-10 business days depending upon your location to process for your return to reach us from when you hand it over to the courier. Once received (Monday – Friday), your return processed by Monal jewellery and you will be sent a confirmation email that your return has been processed.
Once your return has been delivered to us, we process your refund/exchange within 1-5 business days. We'll keep you updated via E-mail or SMS.
Note: Please contact us, if your return parcel shows delivered over 7 business days with your tracking number.
